After submitting, your laundry will be intaken and you’ll receive a secure payment link. All orders must be paid before items are returned.

Drop-Off Instructions

Place your laundry at the concierge desk, front desk, or hotel-designated pickup area.

  • Label each bag with your first name, last name, and room number.
  • If you have more than one bag, label each one clearly.
  • Example: Bag 1 of 2 and Bag 2 of 2.

After intake, Lemon AF will send you a secure payment link. Completed laundry orders must be paid before items are returned.
